"The Grill", have a barbecue on the snow
“The Grill” is the outdoor restaurant at the Hotel Alaska overlooking the Blue ski slope in Folgarida.
Here from 12 to 15 you can take a break from skiing to savour typical Trentino cuisine and the intense flavour of the fantastic barbecue grill: all the high quality meat is on display, cut and cooked to order to produce fragrant and hearty dishes usually accompanied by cheese, vegetables, mushrooms and polenta.
Après Ski and music
The Hotel Alaska terrace also has a bar service from 10 in the morning until the ski slopes and ski lifts close. In the late afternoon this becomes the perfect location for all skiers who want to have fun in good company when they take a break from skiing: lots of great music, chats with friends, a cocktail or two and famous Trentino grappas.
What about the summer?
While in the summer the bar is always open, barbecues at The Grill are only fired up on particular summer days: call us to find out if the restaurant is operational!
